Reports: the summary, the chapters and the Excel and CSV files read one snapshot of the decisions — the developer’s included, so a project with only developer decisions no longer reports 0 at stake. A report read from one side says so; one for the whole project lists each side’s decisions apart, with each side’s money.

Share on a generated report: choose the people on its projects who should read it — the client’s representative for the monthly report — and they find it in their Reports, marked with who shared it, and can open and download it. They read all of it, chapters their own screens do not show included, so it is your choice, person by person.

Only people whose access covers every project in the report and who open Reports are offered, by name and role; the person it was shared with cannot delete it or share it on; each share and withdrawal is on the action trail and the person is told. Withdraw it and it is gone from their Reports.
