   On Decisions: “How often the AI’s calls came true” — every call carried out and checked against what happened, overall, per tier and loop by loop.

   Decisions are ranked by what acting is worth on each project’s own figures — every value is worked line by line or marked as an estimate, reliability now tests real evidence (a worked value, named records and sources, stated assumptions) rather than filled-in fields, cash that only arrives earlier is shown but never counted, days on projects running side by side are no longer added, and the Command Center, activity feeds, Ask, safety and site cards show only what the records hold — a step that needs approval is shown as prepared for its approver, never as done automatically.

   Selecting several projects shows each added project’s own data on every screen; sample figures never mix in. Exports of an added project download its workbook, and Decisions shows its own recommendations.

   Messages & letters (Contracts, Commercial, Procurement, Quality & Safety, Handover, Decisions and the Upload center): the week’s correspondence drafted from the project data — notices of delay inside their time bar, overdue certificates with their figures and the contract remedies, requests to decide pending variations and claims, supplier chases naming the activity a late delivery holds, NCR actions to the person responsible, blocking handover items, and the weekly progress report. Each in English and Arabic as a letter, an email and a WhatsApp message; edit, then copy, open in email, open a WhatsApp chat (with the roster’s number when it has one) or download the letter as a Word document. Nothing is sent from the platform.

   Keyboard shortcuts on desktop: G then a letter jumps to a screen (G D for Decisions, G C for Command Center), / opens search, and ? lists them all.
