   Egyptian market figures checked again on 1 November: market size and growth follow the latest published forecasts, Public Contracts Law answers now include the payment, retention and advance rules from its executive regulations, the 2025 steel and cement history and the steel price alert quote their sources correctly, the procurement price chart moves at each material’s real monthly trend, and build costs, site day rates, contractor margins and sample tender benchmarks are labelled indicative with their basis.

   More Egyptian knowledge behind every answer: contractor registration with the contractors’ federation (Law 104 of 1992 — the grades, the documents, the limit for a non-member), the Public Contracts Law 182 of 2018 article by article, how Egyptian public projects have actually run from the lenders’ completion reports, and the Ministry of Housing building-materials bulletin.

   Messages & letters (Contracts, Commercial, Procurement, Quality & Safety, Handover, Decisions and the Upload center): the week’s correspondence drafted from the project data — notices of delay inside their time bar, overdue certificates with their figures and the contract remedies, requests to decide pending variations and claims, supplier chases naming the activity a late delivery holds, NCR actions to the person responsible, blocking handover items, and the weekly progress report. Each in English and Arabic as a letter, an email and a WhatsApp message; edit, then copy, open in email, open a WhatsApp chat (with the roster’s number when it has one) or download the letter as a Word document. Nothing is sent from the platform.

   Contract review (Contracts). Every key clause — payment period, financing charges, retention, advance, delay damages and their cap, price adjustment, exchange rate, force majeure, liability cap, performance bond, claim notice period, suspension, termination for convenience, defects liability, disputes — checked against the protections a contractor needs, with the position to negotiate, the money at stake and the margin left after contract risk.

   Contract obligations and deadlines (Contracts, Commercial, Handover). Notices of delay with their time-bar date from every blocked progress report, decisions to chase on pending variations and claims, payments due on each certificate, the next interim application, milestones, retention releases and items required for handover — overdue first.

   Every module now shows an uploaded project’s own data instead of “No records yet”: Planning shows its program, replan and plans; Cost, Commercial and Contracts its budget, cash, contract and changes; Workforce and Crew its roster and plans; Site Operations its progress; Quality, Handover, Procurement and Risks their registers. Where a file has not been uploaded the screen names it and links to it. Portfolio figures for the project (progress, forecast, slip, health, headcount, open risks) come from the uploads, and the sample header figures are hidden for it.
