Technical sheet
What an IT team or a tender’s RFI asks: how ConstructINS connects to your systems, sign-in, hosting, records, export and how the AI handles data — as the platform actually works.
Connections
Primavera P6 stays your master schedule: the platform reads its .xer export and never writes back to P6.
- Company email (IMAP / SMTP)Direct connection
- Any mailbox on the company’s mail server (cPanel, Zimbra, Exchange with IMAP), or Gmail / Outlook.com with an app password. Pulls the inbox and sends approved replies.
- Gmail / Google Workspace mailDirect connection (sign in with the service)
- Reads the inbox and sends approved replies through the Gmail API after signing in with Google.
- Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailDirect connection (sign in with the service)
- Reads the inbox and sends approved replies through Microsoft Graph after signing in with Microsoft.
WhatsApp & messaging
- WhatsApp Business (Cloud API)Direct connection
- Receives the messages people send to the company’s WhatsApp Business number and sends approved replies. Free-form replies go within 24 hours of the person’s last message, as WhatsApp requires.
- TelegramDirect connection
- A company bot that site and plant teams message; pulls their messages and sends approved replies.
- SlackDirect connection
- Reads the project channels and posts approved replies.
- Microsoft Teams (channel)Direct connection
- Posts approved messages and the weekly report to a Teams channel.
Task & project management
- ClickUpDirect connection
- Sends deadlines, replan actions and NCRs as tasks to a ClickUp list and shows their status here.
- JiraDirect connection
- Creates Jira issues for actions and pulls their status.
- AsanaDirect connection
- Creates Asana tasks for actions and pulls their status.
- TrelloDirect connection
- Adds cards for actions to a Trello list and pulls them back.
- monday.comDirect connection
- Adds items for actions to a monday.com board and pulls them back.
Drives & files
- Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, files)Direct connection (sign in with the service)
- Browse the project folders, import a program, register or report straight into a project (Google Sheets come in as Excel), and save the project workbook and letters back.
- DropboxDirect connection
- Browse a Dropbox folder, import files into a project and save outputs back.
Microsoft 365
- OneDrive & SharePoint (Excel, Word, files)Direct connection (sign in with the service)
- Browse OneDrive or a SharePoint document library, import Excel programs and registers into a project, and save the workbook and Word letters back — they open in Excel and Word online.
ERP
- Odoo (ERP)Direct connection
- Pulls purchase orders into Procurement and cost actuals into the cost report — by hand or every morning — reads project tasks, and creates tasks for actions.
- SAP S/4HANA (PS, MM, FI)File export, or webhooks
- Purchase orders, cost actuals and project structures posted to the webhook through SAP Integration Suite or an automation tool.
- Oracle ERP / NetSuiteFile export, or webhooks
- Purchase orders, invoices and cost to date through Oracle Integration Cloud or an automation tool.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365File export, or webhooks
- Finance, project operations and procurement records through Power Automate to the platform’s webhook.
- ERPNextFile export, or webhooks
- Purchase orders and projects through ERPNext webhooks to the platform’s webhook.
CRM
- HubSpot (CRM)Direct connection
- Pulls the deal pipeline — opportunities, values and stages — beside the tender history.
- SalesforceFile export, or webhooks
- Opportunities and accounts through Salesforce Flow outbound messages or an automation tool.
- Zoho CRMFile export, or webhooks
- Deals and contacts through Zoho webhooks or Zoho Flow.
Sector software
- Oracle Primavera P6File export, or webhooks
- Programs come in as P6 .xer exports today (Upload center → Program); updates can be posted to the webhook from P6 EPPM integrations.
- Microsoft ProjectFile export, or webhooks
- Programs come in as MS Project .xml exports (Upload center → Program), or from Project Online through Power Automate.
- Oracle AconexFile export, or webhooks
- Correspondence, RFIs and document registers posted to the webhook through Aconex’s integration partners or exports.
- ProcoreFile export, or webhooks
- Daily logs, RFIs, submittals and observations posted to the webhook from Procore webhooks through an automation tool.
- Autodesk Construction CloudFile export, or webhooks
- Issues, RFIs and documents through ACC webhooks and an automation tool to the platform’s webhook.
- CCS Candy / estimatingFile export, or webhooks
- Priced BOQs come in as Excel or CSV exports (Upload center → New project → priced BOQ).
Automation & webhooks
- Webhooks (any system)Direct connection
- The way in for any ERP, CRM or site system: post records (program, progress, purchase orders, NCRs…) or messages to a secret URL, and receive the platform’s events (uploads, sent messages, accepted replans) signed with HMAC-SHA256.
- Microsoft Power AutomateFile export, or webhooks
- Build flows in Microsoft Power Automate that post to the platform’s webhook and react to its events — the bridge to systems without a direct connector.
- ZapierFile export, or webhooks
- Build flows in Zapier that post to the platform’s webhook and react to its events — the bridge to systems without a direct connector.
- MakeFile export, or webhooks
- Build flows in Make that post to the platform’s webhook and react to its events — the bridge to systems without a direct connector.
- n8nFile export, or webhooks
- Build flows in n8n that post to the platform’s webhook and react to its events — the bridge to systems without a direct connector.
Files the Upload center reads
- Excel (.xlsx)
- Every sheet is tried; the one that maps best to the record is used. English or Arabic headers.
- CSV, TSV, text
- The delimiter is detected: comma, semicolon or tab.
- Primavera P6 (.xer)
- The programme: activities, logic, WBS and assigned resources. Read only; nothing is written back to P6.
- Microsoft Project (.xml)
- The programme, the same way.
- PDF and photos
- Read by the AI document reader into the right columns; figures in a digital PDF are also computed without AI.
- Old Excel (.xls)
- Asked to be saved again as .xlsx or CSV.
Sign-in and access
- Company sign-in
- Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on (OpenID Connect with PKCE), once your tenant is registered. Groups can map to roles.
- Platform sign-in
- Passwords kept only as scrypt hashes; passkeys supported; a temporary password lasts 7 days and is replaced at first sign-in; attempts are limited; a session is a signed cookie scripts cannot read, for at most 12 hours.
- Who sees what
- Each account has one of 47 job roles and a list of projects, checked on every page and every request. Client, auditor and other read-only accounts never change anything.
- Secrets
- AI keys, the mailbox password and connected systems’ credentials are encrypted on disk (AES-256-GCM).
Hosting
- Cloud
- Fully managed by Epsilon, in the region agreed for your deployment — Egypt-hosted available.
- On-premises
- Inside your own network; your IT team applies the releases Epsilon provides.
- Hybrid
- Sensitive commercial data on-site, compute in the cloud — split by your policy.
- What runs
- One service with its own built-in database: no GPU and no separate database server.
- Support and service levels
- Support hours, service levels and recovery times are agreed in the contract for your deployment.
Records and export
- Change history
- Every change to a project record keeps who made it, when, and the value before and after. What administrators do goes to a log that is only ever added to.
- Export
- Reports as PDF, Excel or CSV; files download only for accounts allowed to export.
- Backup and deletion
- The administrator takes a backup from Admin. A project can be archived, and deleted for good only after its name is typed to confirm.
What the AI sees, and where it goes
- What is sent
- Your question and only the records your account may see that bear on it — never the whole database.
- Where it goes
- To ConstructINS’s own AI models, on the servers your deployment runs them on. A task that uses an outside language model may be processed outside Egypt, under that service’s terms; a deployment can keep every task on its own models.
- Voice
- Voice calls are set not to save the audio or keep the transcript, and ConstructINS does not store the audio either.
- What runs without a model
- Registers, dashboards, rule-based checks, BOQ arithmetic, reports and spoken or typed site updates run on ConstructINS’s own engines. Reading scanned paper, drafting and Ask ConstructINS use the AI models.
